Environment Introduction：
- Location is Nanhua water purification plant, total 8 sets sedimentation equipment, and total 8 drainage tank are surrounded.
- 2 sets 3HP pump are installed in ease slurryu drainage tank originally, total 16 sets 3HP pumps. Previously have been replaced to total 3 sets 10HP pumps at 3 location, this case to replace total 5 sets 10HP pumps at other five drainage tank.
Requirement Explanation：
- Due to high viscosity of slurry, original 3HP pump will stop operate by slurry, so need to replace to 10HP pump.
- All water in sedimentation tank need to be drained when maintain the equipment, original 3HP pump is unable to drain in time, so need to replace to 10HP pump.
- As the water volume increases in the rainy season, original 3HP pump is unable to drain in time, so need to replace to 10HP pump.

Requirement Explanation：
